All while laughing a lot because that is the way things go over here… this life on earth stuff is WILD. We need sooooo much love and humor to get through! SO, YEAH. I want to teach you everything I know so you can take great care of yourself, so you can find your TRUE self, so you can be the best version of yourself so you can help and heal the people around you (you know, just by living your life, being YOU, doing whatever the f you want to do). I wholeheartedly believe that when we are being true to ourselves and doing what lights us up, we are healing the world.

that being said…

I have shifted SO much in my life thanks to many different healing modalities (that I can teach you about/assist you with!) but mostly from truly getting to know, love and accept myself. I also believe that the answer to 99% of our problems stem from a lack of self love, knowing and understanding. The sooner you can treat yourself from a place of love and compassion, the sooner you are able to see what your soul is calling for and the sooner you can answer and your life can change for the BEST. We all have SO much programming not only from society but from our ancestral line and literally every experience we’ve had in this life (and past ones) so knowing the most authentic version of YOU can sometimes take some digging — and let me tell you, I would LOVE to be by your side during the explorations and unlearning!!

I call myself a silver linings finder and a professional space and vision holder. I love “the process” and trust it fully — but have so many tools to help get you closer to your dream life sooner than you would on your own.

SO you’re still here, huh? You must be interested in hearing more about what a session might look like:

First, before the session, you will fill out a form that lets me know where you are starting out, what you want to work on or learn, so I can meet you exactly where you are at (my empath superpower is great at this, because I can tap into what you will be able to digest at the point of learning you are in). Then in the beginning of the session, I will lead us through a quick energy cleanse and grounding ritual so we can get in “the zone” quickly. Then we will run through all the topics you would like to learn, any questions you have for me, and go from there. My goal is to teach you and leave you with as much information and skills as energetically possible in one single session. OF COURSE I would love to have multiple sessions with you, because that means MORE tools, information and practice, but as an ADHD multi passionate queen, I totally understand needing to absorb a certain amount, then coming back when feeling called! Or if all you need from me is one session, AMAZING! I want to help as many humans as physically and energetically possible.
