I have shifted SO much in my life thanks to many different healing modalities (that I can assist you with!) but mostly from truly getting to know, love and accept myself. I wholeheartedly believe that the answer to 99% of our problems stem from a lack of self love and understanding. The sooner you can treat yourself from a place of love and compassion, the sooner you are able to see what your soul is calling for and the sooner you can answer and your life can change for the better! We all have so much programming not only from society but from our ancestral line and literally every experience we’ve had in this life (and past ones) so knowing the most authentic version of YOU can sometimes take some digging — and let me tell you, I would LOVE to be by your side during the explorations and unlearning!!
